Update For Customers
At these strange and uncertain times, we’d just like to reach out to all our customers and update you on the position we find ourselves in amid COVID-19, and the ever-changing landscape of guidance.
First of all, we’d like to assure you that we are here to continue supporting you with your Health & Safety and Employment Law management.
Until further notice, the enforcement authorities (the HSE and Local Authority EHO) will continue to function in their usual capacity, meaning that organisations will still be subject to visits and scrutiny.
Our Health & Safety team will therefore follow suit, remaining as a resource for our customers to utilise as ever before.
Likewise, the Employment Law team are experiencing unprecedented levels of calls, and will continue to work diligently, to provide customers with ongoing support and advice as the current climate fluctuates from day to day.
Measures Taken
We have, of course, taken various measures to ensure that our teams remain safe.
The entire Health & Safety consultancy team are strictly working from home when not visiting clients. Client visits are risk assessed on a case by case basis and decisions made on the validity of visits accordingly.
Social distancing has been implemented at our offices throughout our Employment Law, business administration, finance and management functions.
Should the situation continue to worsen, we have made contingency plans to ensure that the business remains active and available to all customers. Further notice on this will be provided if and when required.
