Get To Know Our Team Leader

If you’ve ever wanted to know about the Lighthouse team now’s your chance. Each month we will be shining a spotlight on someone from the team and hitting them with some quick-fire questions. Next up is Mary-Ann, one of our team leaders. 

How long have you been working for Lighthouse?

I joined in November 2016 not long after graduating, so just over 4 years now. 

What is your favourite thing about Lighthouse?

I know its cliché but definitely the people. We have a really lovely team and everyone has their own experiences and knowledge which is really helpful when dealing with a range of clients. Aside from the immediate team, we work with some great clients and when we spend most of our time on the road it’s nice to see a friendly face every day.

What is your favourite film?

Has to be Love Actually even if it’s not Christmas.  

What is your favourite TV show?

The US Office, I never get bored of it and watch it almost every day. 

What is your favourite food?

I wish I had something exciting to say here but I am so boring with food, so a Nando’s will always be at the top of my list!

If you won the lottery, what would you do with the money?

Pay off mine and my family’s mortgages and then book the most luxurious holiday I can find, lay by a pool for as long as I can until I get bored and pray I come back with a tan. 

Tell us a fun fact about yourself?

It might not be fun (probably the opposite) but most won’t know I played the piano for a lot of my childhood and did up to my grade 5 exams. My aim is to get a piano soon and hope I can pick it up again. Maybe I should add that to my lottery wishlist….

How would you rate your brew making skills out of ten?

10/10 without a doubt but it has to be Ringtons.
