Our service is not just restricted to spoken instructions. If your query requires written support, or if you need assistance with a particular type of Health and Safety document or form, the consultant you speak to will endeavor to supply you with what you require; or point you in the right direction to satisfy your query.
The advice line is not there as a last port of call for your business, it is available for use as a management tool. Many of our customers call us to update a risk assessment for them, or talk them through the Health and Safety element of a pre-qualification questionnaire or tender document.
The advice line is also useful as expert opinion in situations that require a short lead time.
