If you are a firm with over 5 employees, you are legally obligated to carry out risk assessments relating to your business processes. You are also required to have a company Health and Safety policy in place; detailing the procedures you implement in order to safeguard employees.

Health & Safety Policy

The policy includes a statement of intent, confirming that your business is aware of its responsibilities, along with details of the organisation and responsibilities for internal Health and Safety management.

Where appointed to act as such, Lighthouse will be included within the organisational structure as the ‘Competent Person’, responsible for Health and Safety compliance.
